our Policies
-
We understand that life happens and occasionally a student needs to cancel their enrollment. Should you need to need to cancel, refunds will be issued as follows:
100% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before start of first class
90% refund if canceled less than 48 hours before start of first class
No refund after first class
We work hard to create engaging classes, camps, and workshops, but also need to run a sustainable business. This means that sessions with less than 50% enrollment 48 hours prior to the first class may be cancelled. If this happens, you will be notified and a full refund will be offered.
-
We are not able to offer makeup classes. We will do our best to get students caught up on a project if they miss a class, but we cannot make any guarantees.
-
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If you left behind a project or personal item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to find it and arrange a time and place to pick it up.
-
Our classes, camps, and workshops are designed for the age ranges stated in each description. If we discover that a student was registered under a false age in order to enroll in a session, we reserve the right to cancel their registration. If this happens after the first class, no refund will be issued, per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
-
Safety and behavior expectations are shared at the beginning of each session. If a child is behaving in a manner that threatens their safety or the safety of other students, or impedes our teacher's ability to instruct and care for the rest of the group, we reserve the right to call the parent/guardian and dismiss that child from class. If the same behavioral issue occurs twice, we reserve the right to terminate that child's registration for the remainder of the session. Absences due to behavioral dismissal are not subject to refund, per our Cancellation & Refund policy.
-
If a student has a fever or is sick with any illness, please let us know and do not attend/send them to their class. Children displaying or reporting any symptoms associated with the flu, pink eye, or any other communicable illness may be sent home. Absences due to illness are not subject to refund, per our Cancellation & Refund policy.
